Welcome to the Green Path, full wild medicine and food and the cycles and seasons of living healthfull! This introductory class guides you through holism and being in tune with Earth cycles. You will be introduced to weedy and wild medicinals that help feed your body. This online class includes blending teas and making water based preparations. We will cover:
~over 10 herbs and how to use them, grow them and prepare them
~food as medicine
~weeds as medicine
~local bioregional plants
~historical figures in herbalism
This class is taught by Nicole Telkes, Director o the Wildflower School of Botanical Medicine, and helps prepare you to jump into our Home and Family Program this Fall. The curriculum was designed by Nicole Telkes, RH and Practicing Herbalist of 20 years.
