My friend Sue Sierralupe and I got together on Zoom for a podcast and made some herbal inspired concoctions to share with you that help build immunity.
Sue After Covid Clinic Immune Cocktail
1oz Elderberry Syrup,
added 1oz Damiana Liqueur
a few drops of cinnamon extract and a cinnamon stick
filled the rest of the way with some seltzer water and gave it a good stir! Delicious.
Not into alcohol, try making a very strong tea with cinnamon and damiana, reducing it to 1/3 its water, add in the elderberry and seltzer
Nicole Muddled Immunity Elder Cocktail
1 oz Elderberry Juice
Muddle 1-2 slices of Pears
Grate a 1/2 teaspoon of Ginger
Add 1/2 oz of Elderflower liqueur, and 1/2 oz of vodka
Fill the rest of the way with seltzer water and give it a stir
Yum!
If you prefer to keep this alcohol free, try it without the vodka and liqueur
